摘要：本文通过对给水管道中阀门的分类，几种常用阀门：闸阀、蝶阀、截止阀、止回阀、球阀的性能分析，安装使用的注意事项，以便在给水工程建设中因地制宜和符合不同特点工程的设计选择相对合理的给水阀门，为更多给水工程和对给水事业的发展起到有一定的参考意义。

前言
随着城市工业化，现代化进展越来越快，自来水的普及和使用也越来越广泛，人们对自来水的压力，水头损失的要求也提高了。由于主客观多方面的原因，管道往往要出现一些故障，为了减少停水范围和水头损失，阀门在给水工程中大量使用。因此对阀门的性能的掌握，正确的安装使用是非常必要的，这样才能使人们常遇到的水管“跑，冒，漏，滴”事故减少到最少。
第一部分、给水管道中阀门的分类
（1）按不同作用分类：
1．接通或切断管路介质的开断阀，如截止阀、闸阀、球阀、蝶阀等。
2．防止介质倒流的止回阀。
3．调节介质的压力和流量的调节阀类，如调节阀、减压阀。
4．改变介质流向、分配介质的阀门，如三通旋塞、分配阀、滑阀等。
5．在介质压力超过规定值时，用来排放多余的介质，保证管路系统及设
备安全的安全阀，如安全阀、事故阀。
6． 其他特殊用途的阀门，如疏水阀、放空阀、排污阀等。
