[摘要] 目的 探讨黄蛭合剂应用于糖尿病肾病治疗的临床疗效。 方法 选取糖尿病肾病患者130例，随机分为有可比性的两组，其中对照组给予基础治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予黄蛭合剂口服。监测两组患者治疗前后的空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2hPG）、血肌酐（SCr）、血尿素氮（BUN）、尿蛋白排泄率（UAER）、尿β2微球蛋白（β2-MG）、血清总胆固醇（TC）、血清三酰甘油（TG）。 结果 两组患者治疗后FPG、2hPG、SCr、BUN、UAER、β2-MG、TC、TG均较治疗前明显改善（P ＜ 0.05）；其中FPG、2hPG、SCr两组改善程度无明显差异（P ＞ 0.05）；BUN、UAER、β2-MG、TC、TG观察组改善程度较对照组更为明显（P ＜ 0.05）。 结论 给予糖尿病肾病患者黄蛭合剂口服，在有效控制血糖的同时，可以明显改善肾功能，值得临床推广。

The clinical research of yellow vermiculite mixture in treatment of diabetic nephropathy

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of yellow vermiculite mixture in treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods One hundred and thirty patients with diabetic nephropathy were chosen. They were randomly divided into two comparable groups, which the control group was given basic treatment, and the observation group was given yellow vermiculite mixture on the basis of oral administration. Monitored the FPG, 2hPG, SCr, BUN, UAER, β2-MG, TC and TG before and after treatment for the patients of the two groups. Results The FPG, 2hPG, SCr, BUN, UAER, β2-MG, TC, TG for the two groups of patients after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment (P 0.05).
